Slovenia

To enter the Republic of Slovenia, EU/EEA citizens need only a valid identity card, whereas citizens of many, but not all, countries need a valid passport. Participants should contact the nearest Slovene Embassy or consulate for details regarding current passport and visa requirements. All information, travel and visa information, including a list of states with corresponding visa requirements and addresses of all Slovene Embassies, may be found on the web page of the Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of Slovenia.

If you need a visa to enter Slovenia, you must first apply for the Balkan Express Summer School and follow the required procedure. Organisers of the Balkan Express Summer School are not responsible for obtaining the visa of the participant.

The organiser is authorized to request payment of the registration fee before the visa procedure starts. Please note that all costs are to be covered by the participant (verification tax and DHL post costs if needed).
