Integrity Plan
To build competencies for socially responsible management the SEB LU adopted some changes to its own processes and organisational structures to not only teach but also act accordingly. In 2011, for example, the SEB LU adopted the Integrity Plan to apply the principles of ethically and socially responsible governance and management.
The Integrity Plan was developed based on an assessment of the institution’s exposure to corruption with regard to its typical work processes and decision-making methods. The SEB LU has made a plan for improvements regarding integrity, and measures for the timely detection, prevention and elimination of corruption risks.
