Social activities

Most of the organized social activities are included in the study fee and no application/booking is required. We will send you updates about social activities on a regular basis before and during Ljubljana Summer School.

REGISTRATION FOR LJUBLJANA CITY TOURS:

Registration and payment for the organized city tours will be possible on spot on Monday, 2 July and Tuesday, 3 July at the ESN Ljubljana University stand.

Pre-bookings and payments are also possible online. To apply online for a chosen city tour:

• Click on BOOK HERE next to the tour you would like to apply for
• In the email only write your NAME and SURNAME and click send

All details regarding payment will be sent to you by ESN Ljubljana University upon your application. They will be sending you updates on meeting places etc. on a regular basis.

Please note:

There are no refunds for paid organized city tours. If you decide not to attend a guided tour, you can find a substitute participant and arrange the handover of the money on your own.

We reserve the right to make changes to the organized city tours as and when necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel a tour due to lack of interest or if any other circumstances beyond our control prevent us from organizing it. In case of cancellation from our side, we will refund the paid fees in full or offer the possibility to apply for a different tour (if there are available places).

ESN Ljubljana University is the only official partner of Ljubljana Summer School for all optional programme activities.
