Tilen Balon , MSc is Secretary General at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana (SEB LU), since March 2016, and a member of school management. His main activities and work areas relate to the school management of all administrative offices and staff at SEB LU. Prior to that, he was actively involved in student services and program administration at the school for many years. He played a major role in the preparation and implementation of the Bologna programs and he participated in their renewal. As Head of Academic and Student Affairs Unit, Mr. Balon was responsible for all processes related to first and second level studies of the Bologna programs. In addition, Mr. Balon successfully led the Student Affairs Office, the Special Graduate Study Office, the Career Center and the International Office. Currently, he is a member of the working group Governing Board at the University of Ljubljana, which is responsible for the preparation of the study regulations and tuition fees at the University of Ljubljana. He is also a member of several committees and boards at the Faculty of Economics. Since 2014 he has been an external evaluator for Slovenian Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (SQAA).
