Students learn about core relationships between businesses, government and society that business leaders need to acknowledge and incorporate in strategic plans. Those relations also reflect in any activity that businesses enact.Course syllabus

5. Businesses and government: Market strucutre, the role of state, and anti-trust policy.
6. Businesses and internal environment: Managing specific ethical dilemmas (employees, governance)
7. Businesses and external environment: Managing specific ethical dilemmas (consumers, natural environment.)
8. Technological environment, innovation and challenges.
9. Competitiveness of business environment.
