Aims of the course

This course provides an advanced framework for understanding both international business and the legal environment in which it operates. Course explains the most important international commercial transactions and its legal environment and related regulations (together withe the latest international commercial law developments).

WTO, EU)
7. Payment and Finance for International Trade
8. Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Conciliation, Med-Arb
