Aims of the course

- Obtain knowledge of challenges in risk management and project risk management.
- Develop knowledge and capabilities to predict, plan, and use tools for risk management in the various phases of the projects.
- Develop knowledge and capabilities to deal with the complexities of inter-relatedness between projects and processes from the risk management perspective.
