Aims of the course

Develop basic knowledge for application of marketing to the context of nonprofit organizations
Extending the knowledge obtained in basic marketing courses with an emphasis on the particularities of running nonprofit organizations.
Being attentive to the obstacles in transferring traditional marketing approaches to nonprofits and illustrating how nonprofit marketing contributes to the development and a better understanding of marketing in general.
