Contemporary Organizational Approaches

Aims of the course

Introduce the development of different perspectives on organization. Explain contemporary organization approaches. Explain approaches by recognizing their assumptions. Compare approaches and their contributions. Evaluatue approaches for contribution to corporate social responsibility in digital era.
Develop competencies of studying scientific literature, approaches to identifying and problem solving, critical analysis and synthesis, solution development and recognizing principle elements of organization.
