Aims of the course

The course is focused on developing several vital business skills and competences of contemporary managers. It aims to:
• Develop communication skills for effective and efficient goal achievement while maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
• Develop skills and knowledge to communicate in crisis situations with emphasis on assertive communications
• Gain relevant and complex knowledge about principles, tools and praxes
• Develop skills of convincing presentations and (public) performance
• Develop skills of conducting the meetings and negotiations
• Develop skills of forming convincing written messages
• Develop skills of self-organizing and time management
