Aims of the course

- gain knowledge in the field of transnational mgmt
- recognize and understand the development and performance of different business systems
- gain knowledge about multinational business and its development strategies
- understand cultural, ecological, ethical and other dimensions of multinationals development
- develop competences and skills of analysis, synthesis, problem solving, data collection, case study usage and team work.

1. Management, marketing and organization of firms in international business environment.
2. Offensive and creative business strategies and policies.
3. Functional and process dimensions of transnational enterprise.
4. Proactive modes of firm internationalization (networks, coopeartive modes and investment strategies).
5. Development and growth of international business strategy and entrance modes.
6. Culture and ethics and its challenges in multicultural international business environment.
7. Future challenges of transnational management.
