Where can I certify my documents?

Transcripts of required documents can be certified at a notary or an official at an administrative unit abroad or in Slovenia, by an official at the University of Ljubljana (VPIS UL and an authorized person for recognition) or at a secondary school.

OFFICE HOURS OF THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE

  • Monday and Thursday: 10 a.m. to noon
  • Tuesday: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • However, communication with students can still take place by e-mail through the colleagues of the Student Affairs Office.

Info call centre

  • Monday-Friday:
    from 9:00am to 10:00am
  • and 1:00pm to 2:00pm
