When and how will I be notified whether I have been accepted in the first application period?

The Higher Education Application-Information Service will send a written decision on the result of the selection procedure to all applying candidates. Slovenian citizens and citizens of EU Member States will receive this decision by July 22, 2024 (depends on date of sent documents; possibility of appeal within 15 days) in the first application period and by September 23, 2024 in the second application period. The Higher Education Application-Information Service will send a written decision on the result of the selection procedure to the citizens of non-EU Member States and Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship no later than August 30, 2024.

OFFICE HOURS OF THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE

  • Monday and Thursday: 10 a.m. to noon
  • Tuesday: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • However, communication with students can still take place by e-mail through the colleagues of the Student Affairs Office.
