When do I enrol in the faculty?

The enrolment of accepted Slovenian citizens and citizens of EU Member States in the first enrolment period will take place from July 23, 2024 to August 16, 2024 and the second enrolment period from September 24, 2024 to September 30, 2024.

The enrolment of accepted foreign citizens of non-EU Member States and Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship - by September 30, 2024.

OFFICE HOURS OF THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE

  • Monday and Thursday: 10 a.m. to noon
  • Tuesday: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • However, communication with students can still take place by e-mail through the colleagues of the Student Affairs Office.

  • Monday-Friday:
    from 9:00am to 10:00am
  • and 1:00pm to 2:00pm
