Do I have to pay a tuition fee?

Tuition fee is paid by:

  • Students of non-EU countries, excluding persons granted international protection, applicants for international protection and persons from countries with which the Republic of Slovenia has concluded bilateral agreement (Slovenia has concluded bilateral agreements with Bosnia and Hercegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Serbia) and foreign citizens with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia if themselves or at least one of their parents or guardians is a taxpayer in Slovenia.
  • All students with already acquired equivalent degree of education.
  • All part-time students.

OFFICE HOURS OF THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE

  • Monday and Thursday: 10 a.m. to noon
  • Tuesday: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • However, communication with students can still take place by e-mail through the colleagues of the Student Affairs Office.

  • Monday-Friday:
    from 9:00am to 10:00am
  • and 1:00pm to 2:00pm
