Dušan Jerše, Deputy Secretary General, responsible for finance and accounting, joined FELU in spring 2013. He’s got 25 years of practical business experience as head of finance, accounting and controlling in medium sized domestic and international companies. He is innovative and very problem-solving oriented, he uses design thinking and lean start-up methodology to address FELU’s finance, accounting and controlling challenges. He is responsible for budgeting, reporting, controlling and financial business analysis for FELU and all its organisational units and programs, and thus provides a multi-dimensional insight in all FELU operations. He significantly increased productivity of finance and accounting department, while delivered more accurate information and value added financial services to support decision making process.
