Curriculum Vitae
Matej Černe, PhD is Full Professor in the field of management and organization at the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business (SEBLU). His research interests include non-technological innovations, creativity, organizational behavior and psychology, leadership, digital work and multi-level issues in management, and he completed his PhD studies 2,5 years. He has received numerous awards for his research and his research was published in top management journals (e.g. Academy of Management Journal, ranked 2nd in the field of management). In the past, he was active within the Centre of Excellence for Biosensors, Instrumentation, and Process control (CO BIK), where he was focused on the co-creation of disruptive solutions for hi-tech entrepreneurship and fostering innovation capacities at the individual, team, company, and economy level in the Adriatic region within the PACINNO (www.pacinno.eu) project.
