Melita Balas Rant is an assistant professor of management and organization at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. There she teaches courses on Organizational Analysis and Design, Purchasing Management, Building Leadership Capacity, and Strategic Leadership and Accountability. Melita over many years served as an academic director at the Centre for Business Excellence, where she developed educational programs for market and in-company needs. She is responsible for leadership and personal development at Ljubljana MBA. She researches personal development, leadership development, and organizational development.
