Smiljana Zajec has been the head of Student Affairs Unit since August 2023. She is responsible for the management of study activities - preparation of study programs and curricula, process of tendering and enrolment in undergraduate and postgraduate studies, implementation of the pedagogical process, management of student affairs, etc. From 2019 to 2023, she was the head of the SEB LU Student Affairs Office, until 2019, she was the head of SEB LU Quality Assurance Office, which takes care of the development of a comprehensive quality evaluation and monitoring system.In the period 2019-2023, she is a member of the SEB LU HR Planning and Development Committee and the SEB LU Quality Assurance Committee. Since 2011, she has been registered in the Expert Register of National Agency for the Quality of Higher Education (SQAA).
