Curriculum Vitae
Dr. Tomaž Turk is Full Professor and researcher at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana. He holds courses on development of information systems, economics of information technology, economics of telecommunications, and business simulations. Currently his research work includes themes like information technology adoption, economics of information technology, communication networks management and Internet society issues. He has participated in several national and international projects, he publishes papers in journals like Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Telecommunications Policy, Computer Standards and Interfaces, Mathematics and Computers in Simulation, International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics, and Computer Communications. He was the Vice Chair of the European Commission / European Science Foundation research project COST Action 298 ‘Participation in the Broadband Society’. From 2013 to 2017 he was a Vice-Dean for Academic Affairs at SEBLU.
