Tomaž Ulčakar, began his professional career at SEB LU in 2000 in the Central Economics Library, where he held various professional positions, from circulation to bibliographer in the Information and Documentation Centre for Economics and Business Sciences. Between 2010 and 2016 he worked in publishing, where he coordinated the publication process of the school in the field of textbooks, scientific and professional publications and the main Slovenian scientific journal in the field of economic and business sciences "Economic and Business Review". From 2016 to 2022 he was the head of the Central Economics Library and Publishing. From 2022 he is the head of the Research Unit. He is a member of the University Senate Committee on the Development of the Library System (Chair 2019-2021). He also actively participates in the Library Association of Ljubljana and is a member of the association LIBER.
