Professor Adam Grant, One of the World’s Most Influential Thinkers on Work, Leadership, and Human Potential, Becomes a Visiting Professor at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana
The School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana (UL SEB) will host Professor Adam Grant on November 11, 2025. On this occasion, the faculty will organise a series of lectures and discussions dedicated to researchers, students, the Ljubljana MBA Programme, and the business community.
Adam Grant is an organisational psychologist and professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he has repeatedly been recognised as the school’s top-rated professor. He is the author of six international bestsellers, all of which have reached the #1 position on The New York Times bestseller list and sold millions of copies worldwide. Two of his books, Think Again and Hidden Potential, have also been translated into Slovenian. His works have been translated into 45 languages, and he has been named among the world’s most influential management thinkers by Thinkers50 and Fortune.
As of November 11, 2025, Professor Adam Grant will officially become a visiting professor at UL SEB, strengthening his collaboration with the faculty through student education, research cooperation, and engagement with business leaders. This represents an exceptional milestone for the faculty, the academic community, and the broader Slovenian business environment, bringing direct access to world-class insights and global trends in leadership and organisational culture. During his visit, Professor Grant will deliver several lectures and talks for researchers, students, and managers. The faculty aims for his visit and discussions to open a broader dialogue on the role of science in decision-making, the importance of trust and collaboration, and the principles of responsible leadership in times of change.
