Entrepreneurship in practice: Tames opens its doors to students of UL SEB
During their visit to the company Tames, students gained insight into real business challenges and learned how design thinking and business modeling support the development of business solutions.
Students of the School of Economics and Business of the University of Ljubljana visited on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the company Tames as a part of the project Entrepreneurship in order to acquire experienced technical personnel as part of the Problem-based learning of students in the work environment. The company, which is established in the field of electrical and mechanical installations and also develops other activities (hop growing, construction, golf, bowling), presented the students with an insight into real challenges from practice.
The company's director, Robert Šegula, Mag., presented the company's operations and its development directions, while Prof. Dr. Boštjan Antončič highlighted the importance of design thinking and business modeling, which are key to the successful implementation of the project.
