Summer Opening Hours of the CEK Library
From 4 July to 27 September 2026, the CEK Library will operate on a summer schedule. Please check the opening hours of Library Loans, the study areas and the Finance Lab before your visit.
Dear CEK Library users!
Although CEK’s opening hours will be slightly reduced during the summer period, quiet and comfortably cool spaces for research, study and academic work will remain available. We will also continue to support you in accessing library materials, information and resources.
Library Loans, the Green and Pink Study Areas, and the Finance Lab will operate on the following adjusted summer schedule:

Library Loans is now located on the ground floor of the library, in Yellow*CEK. At weekends, it is closed, as is the Finance Lab.
You can reserve your study space by booking a Cube of Knowledge or an individual seat in the study areas.
The Bloomberg Terminal is now available in the Finance Lab. A permit and prior booking are still required for use. During closure periods or outside opening hours of Finance Lab, assistance is available via: icef@ef.uni-lj.si.
For efficient academic work during the summer, we also recommend:
- access to a wide range of e-articles, e-books, e-journals and other e-resources via Digi*CEK
- using the CEKomat to collect or return library materials 24/7*
* The CEKomat is accessible at all times; however, reservations should be submitted during library opening hours to ensure that materials are prepared for collection on time.
