NIBES Celebrates 30 Years of International Cooperation
This year, the Network of International Business and Economic Schools (NIBES) celebrated the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Letter of Intent, through which partner institutions laid the foundation for the network in 1996. To mark the occasion, representatives of the partner institutions re-signed the Letter of Intent, reaffirming their commitment to the continued cooperation and development of the NIBES network.
A special distinction was awarded to Professor Vesna Žabkar, who received the John Seybolt Award for Inspiration. The award recognizes her inspirational contribution to advancing the NIBES network, promoting collaborative research among partner institutions, and strengthening international education exchanges. In her role as Secretary General of NIBES, she has played a key role in fostering cooperation among member schools and building lasting international partnerships.
