4. Procedure for exercising the rights of individuals
Procedure for exercising the rights of individuals whose personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection – "The rights of individuals whose personal data are processed by UL SEB as derived from the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection are as follows":
- The right to be informed
- The right of access
- The right to rectification
- The right to erasure
- The right to restrict processing
- The right to data portability
The right to erasure, to restrict or object processing and data portability or any other personal right that derives from the GDPR can be exercised only in cases where UL SEB processes personal data on the basis of the consent of the individual but not in cases where the processing of personal data is legally required for the purpose of carrying out the public service
In order to exercise these rights, it is sufficient to provide clear requests through an e-mail to: dpo@ef.uni-lj.si.
