Stakeholder Management

Aims of the course

- To provide students with the knowledge about the concept of stakeholders with an emphasis on the stakeholders’ role in non-profit organizations and integrate this with previously acquired knowledge from core courses in the field of management and organization.
- To prepare students for the identification of stakeholders and their interests in practice, and give them basic tools for predicting and resolving potential conflicts.
- To contribute to a better understanding of the theoretical concepts and practical issues of stakeholder management.
