Aims of the course

The course aims to familiarise the students with contemporary knowledge on theory of corporate finance and investment decisions.

Course syllabus

1. This course will provide students with the knowledge about some of the most important issues form the finance theory, such as: goal of the firm, risk and return, value of the firm, capital structure, dividend policy, ….
2. Empirical findings will provide additional insights into the validity of the discussed theories.
