On March 19, 2025, Željko Perović, Director of Intervela, presented his entrepreneurial experiences as part of the “Entrepreneurial Skills for Growth” project, focused on “Problem-Based Learning of Students in the Workplace,” involving students and Prof. Dr. Boštjan Antončič.
He began by introducing Intervela, or the OneSails Slovenia sail loft, and the entire OneSails group, highlighting that every innovation stems from a passion for sailing and a constant pursuit of improvements. Particularly noteworthy was his insight into the challenges of recycling sails for cruising sailboats, as the company recognizes the need to meet customer needs and reduce waste simultaneously.
He emphasized that the company stands out for its personalized customer collaboration and continual technology upgrades—key factors in maintaining a competitive edge.
