Temporary residence permit - Extending or renewing a permit 2025
Important Information for International Students coming to Ljubljana
From 23 September to 10 October, a special desk for international students will be available, in cooperation with the Ljubljana Administrative Unit. Our International Student Ambassadors will help you apply for a residence permit on weekdays. Please bring all the necessary documents and the completed application form, with you so that you can submit it on the same day.
Documentation review for the Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) 2025
The documentation review will be open from September 23 to October 10, 10 working days at the premises of Faculty of Arts on Tobačna ulica 5, near Administrative Unit. Our International Student Ambassadors are here to help you and check your documents before you apply. More information can be found here
Special desk at the Administrative Unit Ljubljana 2025
The Special desk will be open during this period from September 23 to October 10:
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 2pm
- Friday from 9am to 12pm
On Thursdays, Administrative Unit is closed.
