Guest Speaker: Dr. Marko Orel

During the HRM course, we hosted a guest lecture by Dr. Marko Orel , an organizational sociologist and researcher at the Prague University of Economics and Business, where he leads the Centre for Workplace Research (CWER).

Dr. Orel spoke about the transformation of modern workplaces and how virtual reality (VR) and digital tools are changing the way teams collaborate and connect. Dr. Orel emphasized that the workplace today extends beyond physical offices, evolving into hybrid and virtual spaces that support creativity and engagement.
