As part of the Managerial Economics course, students attended an inspiring guest lecture delivered by Mr. Gorgi Petrusev, CEO and Board Member of Bimilk (Imlek Group). Mr. Petrusev shared valuable insights from his extensive professional experience in strategic growth, long-term business development, business transformation, and leadership.

Mr. Petrusev illustrated how even mature industries such as the dairy sector can successfully pursue new opportunities for growth through innovation, diversification into new markets and customer segments, and the adoption of digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

Throughout his lecture he emphasized the importance of aligning strategy with purpose, fostering organizational resilience, and integrating sustainability and ESG principles as key drivers of long-term competitiveness.
