Professor Grant will visit the School of Economics and Business University of Ljubljana on November 11, 2025, and share his groundbreaking insights on the future of work, creativity, and human potential with the research community, students, the business public, and alumni in four presentations:
- at 9:30 a.m., a discussion entitled Changing World: How Can Research Help? will be held for the invited research community;
- at 11 a.m., a lecture entitled Hidden Potential will be held for students;
- at 1 p.m., there will be a lecture entitled From Authority to Trust: Modern Leadership That Works, for MBA Alumni.
- at 2 p.m., there will be a lecture entitled Think Again, for invited members of the business community and UL SEB Alumni.
Adam Grant is an organizational psychologist and bestselling author whose research has had a significant impact on the fields of psychology and management. He is a professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he has been recognized as the best professor on the faculty for seven consecutive years.
Grant's work focuses on understanding human motivation, generosity, and the dynamics of organizational culture. He is best known for his concept of "givers, takers, and matchers," which categorizes individuals based on their interactions with others. This concept has been widely debated in academic and professional circles because of its impact on work behavior and success.
