IMB Students Present Their Solutions to NLB d.d.
As part of the Marketing for Managers and Multivariate Analysis courses, students of the 33rd IMB generation successfully concluded an intensive project in collaboration with NLB d.d.
Over the course of one month, students developed data-driven proposals addressing key strategic topics in the banking sector, including AI agents in finance, personalized micro-offers, innovative banking formats such as pop-up branches, card solutions, the introduction of INR, real estate investment demand, and target-date funds.
The final presentations demonstrated a high level of analytical competence, strategic thinking, and understanding of ongoing digital transformation in financial services. The proposed solutions ranged from AI-powered banking assistants to advanced security concepts, reflecting diverse and innovative approaches to enhancing customer experience and supporting the shift toward digital banking.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the NLB team for their engagement, valuable feedback, and active participation. Special thanks are extended to CEO Blaž Brodnjak, Hedvika Ušenik, Antonio Argir, Nataša Colnar, Maša Jerovšek, Aljoša Silič Žemva, Luka Podlogar, and the wider NLB team.
We also acknowledge the dedicated support and guidance of our faculty members Vesna Žabkar, Tamara Pavasović Trošt, Patricija Milič, Jagdip Singh, and Denis Marinšek, whose expertise significantly contributed to the success of this project.
