Agancy, Networks and Support Systems in Sport (MASTER)

Goals

- To provide students with the knowledge about the role and work of sports agents and the importance of networks and various support systems in sport.
- To teach students how to use and critically evaluate the literature in the field of sports agency, link the acquired knowledge with current practical problems and enable them for further professional and research work in the field of sports agency.
- To help students actually understand the discussed theoretical concepts, methodological tools and practical examples, so that they can better implement them in practice and become, with some additional work experience, top experts in the field of sports agency.

3. Human-resources-related aspects of sports agency
4. Legal aspects of sports agency
5. Sports agents as marketing advisors
6. Sports agents as financial advisors
7. Specific aspects of agency, networks and support systems in sport (coaches’ agents, services for student athletes, specifics of sports agency in Slovenia, etc.)
