You are on the website owned by the University of Ljubljana School of Economics and Business (hereinafter: the SEB LU) and which includes all web pages and subpages of the SEB LU (http://www.ef.uni-lj.si/en), the EF.NET news portal (http://efnet.si/en/) and all pertaining services (hereinafter: the SEB LU Website).

The General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website of the SEB LU (hereinafter: General Terms and Conditions) stipulate the terms, restrictions and method of use of the SEB LU Website. By visiting the SEB LU Website you confirm that you fully acknowledge these General Terms and Conditions, agree with them and accept all of the provisions hereof. If you do not agree with the General Terms and Conditions, please leave the SEB LU Website immediately.

As the administrator of the SEB LU Website, the SEB LU reserves the right to periodically complement and update the General Terms and Conditions in accordance with technical novelties and the legislation and without announcing it or notifying the users about it.  Editorial policy of the SEB LU Website

The SEB LU shall constantly update the SEB LU Website so as to provide up-to-date information to the users. The SEB LU reserves the right to change or delete any part and/or content of the SEB LU Website without prior notification.

 Copyright, brands and other intellectual property rights

The entire contents of the SEB LU Website (all information, material and other contents in any form that are published on the SEB LU Website) shall be considered author’s work and be protected by copyright and/or the SEB LU is the holder of the rights to their use, except where stipulated otherwise. All rights are reserved. The entire contents of the SEB LU Website shall be protected by copyright and users can use them solely for private and non-commercial purposes and in no case for public or commercial purposes. Changing, copying, multiplying and distributing, republishing, translating, disseminating, spreading or any other processing of the contents of the SEB LU Website in any other way shall be prohibited.

The trademarks and service brands published on the SEB LU Website shall be owned by the SEB LU and/or the SEB LU is the holder of the rights for their use and disposal. As a user, as part of the authorised use of the SEB LU Website’s contents you shall be obliged to preserve all designations of copyright and other intellectual property rights as well as any other notifications and warnings. Unauthorised use or abuse of any of the registered trademarks or the logo of the SEB LU shall be prohibited. As a user, you are informed that in the case of the violation of copyright or other intellectual property rights the SEB LU can initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against the violator.

The SEB LU is aware that the protection of personal data is very important for users and so it undertakes to carefully store user data and use it exclusively for the purposes for which a user of the SEB LU Website submits it. The SEB LU shall process and protect users’ personal data collected via the SEB LU Website in compliance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection (Personal Data Protection Act, ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the RS, no. 86/2004 and the later amendments and General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) and the Statement on Personal Data Protection.

The SEB LU respects your privacy and undertakes to protect user data in compliance with the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1, Official Gazette of the RS, no. 109/2012 and the later amendments adn GDPR). The SEB LU shall not accept responsibility for the temporary non-functioning of the SEB LU Website and hence shall not be responsible for any damage or inconvenience that would arise from the existence of the SEB LU Website, from access to and/or use of and/or inability to use information and/or any errors or deficiencies in the contents, irrespective of whether the SEB LU was informed of the possibility of such damage.

Use of the SEB LU Website and/or services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or harm the SEB LU Website shall not be permitted. Likewise, it shall not be permitted to prevent or hinder the use of other users and/or the administrator. It shall not be permitted to acquire any material or information from the SEB LU Website using means not available for this purpose on the website. It shall be prohibited to use the SEB LU Website and services for the purpose of transmitting harmful or malicious software as well as to abuse the SEB LU Website and its services in any other way.

As a user of the SEB LU Website, during the use of the SEB LU Website you undertake not to violate any applicable legislation, these General Terms and Conditions, the moral and ethical principles and any third-party rights (industrial property rights, copyright and related third-party rights) and not to use the SEB LU Website for unlawful purposes.

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become unlawful, invalid or non-enforceable, this shall not affect the other provisions hereof.
