We promote the exchange of best practice among educators and build a quality educational environment that is ready for the challenges of the 21st century. 

Our workshops and professional meetings foster the growth of teachers and students and inspire innovative approaches to teaching. We share current events, competitions, and initiatives in the Pedagological Lab newsletter, thus connecting the community and supporting excellence in pedagogical practice. 

We place special emphasis on modern teaching methods, teaching Generation Z, and the use of generative artificial intelligence.
