The Board of Directors of the UL SEB decides on the management of funds obtained through activities within the legal capacity of the University of Ljubljana School of Economics and Business.  

Its work, composition and responsibilities are defined by  the Rules of the School of Economics and Business of the University of Ljubljana. 

The Senate of the University of Ljubljana School of Economics and Business appoints the members of the Board of Trustees of the UL SEB for the term of office 2023–2027 in the following composition:

• Full Professor Boštjan Antončič, PhD 
• Senior Lecturer Aleksander Igličar, MSc 
• Full Professor Mitja Kovač, PhD 
• Full Professor Matej Lahovnik, PhD 
• Assistant Professor Mina Ličen, PhD 
• Associate Professor Vasja Rant, PhD 
• Full Professor Aljoša Valentinčič, PhD 
• Tomaž Ulčakar, Head of Scientific Research 
• Ana Klepec, Undergraduate 
• Vid Gojković, Undergraduate

The Dean and the Faculty Secretary, and, where appropriate, other non-voting staff members shall participate in the work of the Board without the right to vote. 

Professional, administrative, and technical support for the Board shall be provided by the Faculty's professional services and by the secretariat of the Vice-Deans.
