During the first semester, IMB students addressed real HR challenges faced by Hofer as part of the HRM course. To complement the project, Hofer invited the students to visit its logistics centre in Lukovica.

During the visit, they toured the warehouse and learned about the company’s logistics system, while also gaining insights into the roles of a purchasing manager and a regional sales manager.
