Short project description
This is an applied research project aimed at developing tools for the implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive. Once the directive comes into force, employers will be required to report on pay by comparable categories and take corrective action if gender pay gaps exceed specified thresholds. The role of SEB is to operationalize the concepts of “work of equal value,” “gender-neutral criteria for job evaluation,” and “comparable categories” within the Slovenian context. The expected outcomes include a methodology for a software tool that will enable companies to comply with the directive, guidelines for implementing pay transparency and designing job evaluation systems, as well as training for company representatives.
