Goals

Integrate foundational concepts of geopolitics/geostrategiy in international companies.
Use scenario-mapping techniques to foresight potential disruptions and design strategic responses.
Develop targeted nonmarket stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Examine ethical and social implications of corporate actions in contested political environments.
