Aims of the course

Aim of the course is, first, to gain in-depth knowledge of the course Corporate finance 1 topics. Knowledge is than extended to advance corporate finance topics.

- Cost of Capital
- Capital Structure
- Payout policy
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Financial management at Multinational Corporations (MNCs)
- Risk management of non-financial firms (derivatives)
- Real options
- Working capital management
