As part of the Human Resource Management course, the students worked on real consulting projects by tackling challenges from Hofer Slovenia, Lidl Slovenia, and e-Študentski Servis, analysing organisational issues, developing solutions, and presenting their final recommendations this week in front of company representatives.

Each year, students have the opportunity to collaborate with NLB d.d. on a real-world business project as part of the Marketing for Managers and Multivariate Analysis courses. This collaboration gives students the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge to a real business context, working with current market challenges and developing solutions with practical value for the banking sector.
