1. Mathematical programming of production, inventory management and human resources, distribution and reverse logistics.
2. Programming of multistage processes. 3. Capacity planning. 4. Manpower optimal allocation 5. How to organize production so that conflicts between various production flows are minimized. Bottleneck problems. 6. Detailed bottleneck analysis, development of improved production processes and reengineering, material flow simulation and optimization, operational production scheduling at factory level 7. Input - output analysis of production flows 8. MRP 1 and MRP2 9. JIT and KANBAN 10. ERP and lean production
11. Distribution and reverse logistics.
