Aims of the course

The course introduces students to effective approaches for identifying and developing their own career. Students develop responsibility for career management, including developing their own entrepreneurial path.

Course syllabus

The course includes:
- Analysis of different employment options;
- Analysis of own strengths and weaknesses in connection with career options;
- Career planning and first steps for career development;
- Conducting experiments in career development opportunities;
- Development of personal and professional efficiency;
- Identifying opportunities;
- Design thinking as a method of understanding the problem and developing solutions;
- Methods of researching the market, users, competition;
- Basics of organization and organization, management, basic business skills, project management;
- Process thinking, process optimization.
