Sport and Media

Aims of the course

To enable students:
- to understand the basics of communications in sport and sport organizations,
- to understand different types of media and their role in sport and sport organizations,
- to understand the basic characteristics of digital sports journalism,
- to use media strategies in sport and sport organizations,
- to conceptualize and resolve issues in formation and execution of media strategies,
- for teamwork and to use the acquired knowledge to solve concrete problems.

3. Sport in print media, on radio, television and online sport
4. Digital media and marketing communications in general and in sport
5. Social media in sport
6. Sport events and the media
7. Digital sports journalism
8. Creating media content for the sport industry
