Aims of the course

The course Organizational behavior deals with characteristics of behavior of indiviudals, groups, and organizations at work. The course is organized in such a manner, that it facilitates exploration of actual organizational issues and through the understanind of the key teoretical concepts in the field leads to practical applications. It develops critical thinking and problem-solving competences.
