• To learn how to reach consensus on strategic issues.
• To learn how to strategically influence human behaviour – to stimulate the efforts of the organization members and to channel these efforts toward the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives (i.e., coordination of efforts).
To learn about the importance of alignment between strategy and organizational structure, as well as strategy and management systems (performance measurement systems and incentive systems).
