Creative and innovative behavior management

Aims of the course

To acquaint students with the basic principles of
innovative process and work. To train students in implementing creative ideas. To show how to (with an appropriate context at work) promote innovative behavior. To qualify the students for proper managing of creative employees in organizations and to provide appropriate context for optimum results of innovative behavior.
