The exam period is around the corner and at CEK Library, we understand that for many SEB students, our library is the ideal place for studying and preparing for exams.

The new year is here and so are our first new books. Visit us and discover our most recent arrivals or reserve books via the COBISS system.

This year, Santa visited our library a little early and brought a sack full of new books that you can already borrow.

A fresh, new space is being created in the CEK library for socialising, relaxation, creative work and study breaks.

On Tuesday, 10 December 2024, the eagerly awaited Be International event, organised by the International Relations Office, took place at the School of Economics and Business at the University of Ljubljana. The event was met with great interest and the Hofer Hall was filled to capacity as students gathered to explore international opportunities at UL SEB.

We have successfully concluded the first Erasmus Teaching Week, held from December 2 to 6, 2024, under the title Contemporary Issues in Consumer Behavior and Marketing.

We are pleased to announce that UL SEB staff and students have one-year access to 1312 new eBooks in 2025 and permanent access to 49 eBooks from Taylor & Francis.

We welcome Prof. Dr. Danijela Miloš Sprčić as a visiting professor at IMB! This semester, she brings her expertise to the Accounting for Managers course, enriching our students’ learning experience with new challenges.

We were honoured to host Professor Jan Svejnar, Ph.D., the esteemed Richard N. Gardner Professor of Economics and International Affairs at Columbia University and founder of CERGE-EI, during the Business Environment course at IMB!

Vrije University in Brussels, together with the original EUTOPIA partners (University of Ljubljana, University of Warwick, CY Cergy Paris Universite, University of Gothenburg and University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona), is preparing a simulation exercise of the EU parliamentary sessions for its students.

The School of Economics and Business at the University of Ljubljana has once again been ranked by the Financial Times among the 95 best business schools in Europe.

On Wednesday, November 20th, the Portorož Business Conference marked a significant milestone for our excellent students from the International Master Programme in Business and Organisation (IMB). Luka Černila, Boris Jovanović, Kaja Zajc, and Ivana Milivojević represented the 31st Generation of the programme with their final project to an esteemed audience, showcasing the culmination of their academic journey.
